She has worked with a variety of music bands and singer/songwriters combining her Beat-Based, rhythmic yoga style with music of all genres. She is dynamic, eclectic and motivational. Some describe her as one-part Shaman, one-part Motivational Speaker, and one-part BADASS yoga teacher. She has taught at countless yoga festivals and retreats including Telluride Yoga Festival (5 years), Yoga On The Mountain (6 years), Love Shine Play in Asheville, and Drishti Beats in Aspen. She developed Rock'n Roll Yoga, Raven Yoga for Freedom, the TOOL Yoga + Breathwork Experience, and Hip Hop Hatha YTT and now leads these innovative styles all over the planet.
