Purchase Policy & Terms of Sale

By purchasing a ticket or package for a Raven Yoga Nation retreat ("Retreat"), you agree to these terms. All prices are in USD.

1. Booking & Payment

Your spot is confirmed only once full payment (or an approved deposit) is received and we issue written confirmation. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed.

2. All Sales Are Final — Non-Refundable

All Retreat purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel — including illness, injury, emergencies, travel disruptions, or not attending all or part of the Retreat. Deposits are also non-refundable. This applies even to cancellations made immediately after purchase.

3. Transfers to Another Retreat

Although purchases are non-refundable, you may transfer your ticket to another Raven Yoga Nation retreat if you notify us in writing at least 60 days before the retreat you originally booked. Transfers are subject to availability and any price difference between retreats. Requests made fewer than 60 days out cannot be accommodated.

4. Cancellation by Raven Yoga Nation

If we cancel a Retreat in full, you'll receive either a credit toward a future Retreat or a refund of the ticket price paid to us. Refunds cover the ticket price only — not airfare, travel, or other personal expenses. Minor changes to schedule, venue, instructors, or itinerary are not cancellations and do not entitle you to a refund.

5. Travel Insurance

Because purchases are non-refundable, we strongly recommend travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health & Assumption of Risk

Yoga and retreat activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk. You confirm you are fit to participate, agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, and take part voluntarily at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Yoga Nation and its staff, instructors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid.

8. Conduct

We may remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma, with disputes subject to the courts of Tulsa.
